Want to make Vegan Fruit Cream salad with cashew nuts?
The fruits are mixed with whipped cream, sweetened with sugar or honey. The cashews are soaked and refrigerator and ground with some chilled water to a smooth creamy texture.
fruits needed in the salad are:
- 1 cup cubed pineapple, fresh or preserved
- Take 1 cup peeled, cored, and cubed apple
- 1 cup cut banana
- Add 1 cup cut musk melon
- 1 cup chopped cherry or strawberry
- 1 cup cubed papaya
Preparing cashew cream
- ¾ cup cashew nut
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- sugar as required
- chilled water or few ice cubes
Methods to make fruit salad:

- In a bowl, take the cashews. Wash them well.
- Then add water to the bowl till the cashews are soaked.
- Close and store in the fridge for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Empty the water from the cashews. Add the softened cashews to a blender.
- Pour cold water in the blender again about closing the cashews perfectly.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence as required.
- Ground till creamy and smooth.
- Transfer in a bowl and store in the fridge.
- The cashew milk stays fresh for 3 days in the refrigerator.
- You can use it when needed.
Making vegan fruit salad
- Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
- Now either you can add the entire cashew cream at once or layer it in single-serving glasses.
- Add a layer of fruits.
- Then a layer of cashew cream. Add 3-5 layers like this.
- And then top up with some sliced mango or pistachios or dry fruits of your preference.
- Enjoy a healthy and nutritious fruit dessert.
